SHIPPING & RETURNS

We at V-Car-Tech place great importance on fast and reliable delivery so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Below you will find all important information about our shipping and return conditions:

Shipping

Shipping costs:

The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country and package size. For orders above 150 EUR, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Delivery times:

Shipments are generally dispatched within 5 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping regions:

We ship within Germany, to the EU, and to the USA. For orders from the USA, shipments are dispatched directly from our US warehouse.

Tracking:

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time.

Withdrawal and Returns

Right of withdrawal:

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Return shipping costs:

The costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer.

Conditions:

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in the original packaging.

How to return an item:

1. Contact our customer service via the contact form or by email at support@v-car-tech.com, stating your order number.

2. Pack the items securely and send the package to: V-Car-Tech GmbH, Obere Lichtenplatzer Strasse 336, 42287 Wuppertal, Germany.

3. After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
